An onsite retail compliance inspection of your premises, documents, licenses, receipts, invoices, books of account, and test all alcoholic beverages regarding proof and / or contamination. Upon completion of the inspection the investigator will assist in correcting any potential A.B.C. violations in order to prepare the business for an actual A.B.C. Inspection.

ABC Licensee/Management and Employee Training
This training seminar is designed to educate licensees and employees on the complex rules and regulations under NJ Titles 33 and 13. The course is instructed by a retired New Jersey State Trooper who served twenty of his twenty nine years as a law enforcement officer in The State Police Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Unit. During his tenure with the State Police he was responsible for training other Troopers and law enforcement officers regarding A.B.C. law, undercover tactics, and A.B.C. Inspections. The training seminar covers owner/employee responsibilities guided by Titles 33 and 13, Fraudulent document training and how to avoid ABC violations from law enforcement officials.
